Children are the future of every nation. For developing country like India , developing needy and underprivileged children is essential to make progress of our nation. Sahas is proud that we are the helping hands of such children but education is the main key we cannot assure without welfare and support of family when family members have decent and steady income levels. Realizing these , Sahas has began the arcade of education with adopted life cycle progress and comprehensive focus approach on livelihood activities and community enchantment through education ,financial which addresses the needs of our society.
“Education Calling Program” (ECP) is an initaitve of Sahas charitable trust that provides basic as well as professional education to needy and underprivileged students with the aim that education will improve their standard of living and determine their learning process in all phases of formal learning and training.
Sahas Charitable trust believes that all the children have right to education. Sahas ensure that all children go to school instead of doing child slavery job. Due to illiteracy and lack of financial support the future leaders don’t get enough education treatment as parents cannot afford all types of education.
We nourish students with education. Sahas conduct various awareness programmes where whole family is invited so that needs and benefits can be explained to them. As it is one of the method of eradicate poverty. Sahas also help parents who are illiterate to admit their children in schools to build their future so that every child has right to attain education and ensure their survival later.
Since the inception of “Education Calling Program” underprivileged and needy students has been directly benefitted from above programme.

Sahas believe that taking educational tours with underprivileged students is essential so that they get better exposure and experience. It is believe that children learn fast through visuals and exposures activities.
Sahas also provide financial support for education depending upon the status of family and their livelihood activities with terms and condition. We also explore potential in each family by providing opportunities with learning, earning and development.
Sahas Charitable trust is also engage in helping balwadi in terms of education and other activities for slum kids as they stay without electricity and education. We also provide them with counseling session with their families so that we can impart education to those children whose have dream of school and education. In case of early childhood development we provide them with nutrition facilities.
We provide education to street kids as they grow steadily in urban areas. Sahas Volunteers physically teach the street kids on weekend and provide them with snacks as well as books and stationery so that they can live their life easily. Thus Sahas Charitable trust assures each street kids has better future.
Sahas Charitable trust also conduct special visit for disable children as community at large is unknowing the potential these children has. We provide them with education with new strategies and guide them by asking several questions and interact with their families as they play crucial role in their life.
We also welcome some of the families who want to conduct such visit to make them happy and remembering them that we are there for them.
Healthcare programs which providecurative and other services to support them with scathing surgeries thereby promoting health rights and manage health finance. At SCT we also provide financial support for certain critical surgeries who cannot afford any such operations and medication.
Society pays twice to remain healthy firstly go get fit and free for disease and secondly in case of admission to hospital to get cure easily. The healthcare should evolve to meet their needs and wants.
Sahas organized various awareness programmes on health and hygiene for slum and underprivileged children with the help of visual support i.e. plays and shows instead of sharing knowledge from books so that such visual can reach to maximum number of people.
Nutritional support is also one of the initiatives of Sahas Charitable trust which is conducted every week who cannot afford food and find themselves difficult to take care and nurture their child. Sahas willingly support such families by providing kits.
Sahas receives medical cases from various underrated families who don’t have stable income as well as from underprivileged areas for critical surgeries such as Cataract Operation.Sahas also provide support for medication and related activites.
It is considered as second home as they don’t have any reinforcement at last they have only one choice to be a part of old age. Sahas also support their food and nutrition, shelter and mental help so they feel the love from the family.
It is the second home from old people. Of course, the place is like the home for them where they live their routine normal life. It is crucial for all those who visit such place realizing that there are not for love but they are independent in terms of all activities.The only consolation is that they get daily requirement of food , clothes and shelter.
Sahas ensures support for nutrition,medical, mental and spiritual help and well-being of each senior citizens.
Sahas also engage in income generation activities so that they get better source of livelihood. The number of underprivileged students and women are huge who deficient in education and proper guidance. We at SCT provide various livelihood activities to needy people to ensure they remain financially secure and improve food security.
Sahas charitable trust also carries various income generation activities to ensure their financial sustainability.It is essential for some people to increase their household income to address their basic needs.
We provide them with alternate source of income in form of various activities such as making of paper bag, door mat, vegetable carry bag and other activites which is available at nominal cost.
We also help those families who stood themselves on their feet in form of financial support or other aid for example by installing stalls and cubicle so that they start their own livelihood rather than depending on others.
Sahas also work for education and health for women who live in village area as they deprived from all benefits. The society need to give them self respect which is very productive approach so that they get inner strength and get socially involved in all activities thereby raising their standard in the society and determine their choices
Entertainment is part of our life. The activity helps Sahas to determine how big the family is .We at SCT provide platform to underprivileged children and women in various countless events. Sahas celebrate all types of festivals and rituals. It helps us to promote social and cultural satisfaction among community and promote volunteer participation.
Entertainment is a part of our life which permits general public to amuse others and provide smile of their face and enjoyments. Sahas Charitable trust provides a platform to several children and conduct activities.
Sahas also honour all the festivals and ritual with blessed children. It is essential for our volunteers who take home some tangible memory to remind the smiles we have provided to the beneficiaries and build one step to strengthen their future.
Sahas charitable trust also engages in distributing ration kits to slum and underprivileged families and also to daily wager families. Sahas has covered various areas of Mumbai Metropolitan Region such as Vasai, Virar, Palghar and Nallasopara region. Sahas also had an opportunity to distribute ration kits during covid pandemic, we also had distributed free food packages to underprivileged children and families who were deprived of such vital nutrition.
Sahas conducts various donations which are in kind such as chappal distribution for slum kids , clothes donation to underprivileged children’s, Stationery support to local kids. Sahas also serve the needy and blind people with spectaclesdistribution and free eye camps.
Sahas charitable trust is engaged in organizing distribution of medical kits with basic medicine. Sahas also provide medication for specific allergies, diseases as recommended by medical practitioners.
